GreenLight Clinical provides logistic services to GreenLight Clinical Laboratory customers by leveraging approved global commercial courier service providers. We understand each requirement is unique, so we evaluate and select a provider who offers the most appropriate and cost-efficient service.
These providers are audited and approved to courier laboratory kits, biological materials, and/or investigational products between the laboratory and the sites, both domestically and internationally. All shipments are GPS-tracked. Temperature-controlled packaging is used where required, which maintains product temperatures from -80 to +25°C. Temperature loggers can be provided to record the temperature whilst in transit, to ensure that the product has been stored at the correct temperature during transport.
Depending on transit times, a shipment can be topped up with either dry ice or refrigerated gel packs to ensure the required temperature is maintained. Once set up, customers find it easy to log in to the courier’s portal to arrange the collection of samples for delivery to the laboratory.
